The Challenge
After I have completed my MCSE, VB 6.0 and SQL Administration exams, I was more and more exposed to non Microsoft products through all the contracts I have had so far. SAP and Java being the most interesting. Not that I am anti-Microsoft, but alternatives could only be good and it gives you a chance of self improvement.

I have worked on Java for 4 months on my last contract and while .Net Development remains very important, my main challenge this year will be to expand my working experience on all aspects of Java.
